About Us
Greg Comer is the Property Manager of 360 Realty & Management who strives for first-rate client satisfaction. He is a designated Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Seller Representative as well as a Texas Licensed Mortgage Broker. Whether buying, selling or leasing, he handles every transaction with immense effort. Graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Marketing and Finance Degree in 2001, he has excelled in the real estate business.
Wayne Comer has been involved in planning, design, construction and the Real Estate Development field for the past 30 years. He began his career with Shell Oil after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Engineering.
During his career, Wayne has worked for two of Houston’s premier developers, the Vantage Companies and Century Development Corporation. He was Vice-President of Partners Construction; one of the largest interior contractors in the nation.
Wayne has managed a wide variety of construction projects throughout his career. His professional skills comprehensively cover the design and construction process form conceptual estimating to building commissioning. The estimated design and construction cost of the projects in Wayne’s career are valued over $3 billion.
Danielle Cordova has been in the Real Estate and Property Management industry for the past 3 years. She began as an assistant working with some of the best known Real Estate companies including 360 Realty & Management and Century 21. She has since then became administrator of the accounting department at 360 Realty & Management working directly with Property Manager Greg Comer.
Danielle graduated spring 2008 with an Associate of Science Degree from Lone Star College-Cy-Fair and is currently attending the University of Houston-Downtown campus in pursuit of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science with the anticipation of attending law school.
